I love the heartbeat of our church. Finding satisfaction in the gospel of Jesus Christ resonates with me at a deep level. Jesus is our hope, our strength, and our very life–in Him we live and move and have our being. As the author of life, he knows how our deepest longings can be satisfied–which is ultimately in Him. I love helping people discover the joy and freedom found in Jesus and the goodness of our God.
If you can’t tell, I really enjoy getting to worship together on a regular basis. It started out in a small room of young students more than 20 years ago–gathering together to know and praise Jesus. Over the years I’ve had the pleasure of worshiping with brothers and sisters in all sorts of different contexts. That journey eventually led me to Alliance Bible Church in 2017. I still love gathering regularly with God’s people to worship our great God.
I actually met my wife Lindsay in the same room where I started leading worship–she was the designated speaker one week. We started ministering together shortly after that. We were married in 2004 and have 4 super-awesome kiddos: Judah, Simeon, Asaph, and Marguerite.
