Lead Pastor
I was blessed to have grown up in a solidly Christian home where Jesus was magnified. So at the tender age of 5, I remember praying with my parents asking Jesus to forgive me of my sins and come into my life. The time since has been characterized by consistent growth all due to the grace of God.
Being the son of a pastor, I guess it’s not surprising the Lord called me into ministry. I earned a B.A. in Applied Music from UW-Green Bay in 2002 and later received my Master of Divinity from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in 2007. In 2008, I was ordained by the Christian and Missionary Alliance.
Before coming to Alliance Bible Church, I spent twelve years serving on staff at Appleton Alliance Church. It was a gift to be able to work during that time in worship and adult ministries before taking on the role of Executive Pastor. This position was God’s way of preparing me for the next part of my journey as the Lead Pastor here at Alliance Bible Church which began on August 1, 2016.
My wife, Jedotta, and I have two children: Braylen and Taelyr. They are excited to be a part of Ozaukee County’s family-friendly community. My wife and I absolutely love the small-town feel of this area without the small-town remoteness. We’re able to enjoy close proximity to places like the zoo, museums, the beach, and American Family Field (which we’ve already begun to have fun exploring). This is an attractive combination for a family with young children. In addition to spending time with my family, I like to golf, look for new Thai and Chinese restaurants and read books.
