When it comes to words that we all associate with Christmas, joy is likely the first one on the list. You didn’t have to grow up in a Christian home to have the word “joy” in your yard or on your favorite mug. But, despite it being talked about a lot at Christmas, can’t joy seem to be elusive or a struggle compounded with a sense of pressure to be “joyful?” So if you’re willing to admit some struggles with joy this season, then join us to unpack this theme from the Bible and see what it really is and how to cultivate it!
