I am a Milwaukee area native and was raised most of my life in Menomonee Falls.  I was blessed to grow up in a Christ centered environment with a strong German immigrant influence. When I was eight, I received Christ as my Savior and was baptized, along with my two sisters, at a Lutheran Missouri Synod church.  Throughout school and college, I continued to grow my love relationship with Jesus Christ. From the strong German background, I began searching for ways to keep and enjoy that background in the German community.  This is where I met my wife Liesel and she asked me to begin attending Alliance Bible Church.  Liesel and I were married at Alliance Bible Church in 2013 and now have two wonderful children; our daughter Louisa and our son Kaleb.  I have previously been a youth coach for middle schoolers and occasionally support the Gathering Grounds Sunday mornings with coffee.

Outside of church I most enjoy spending time with family which includes attending many events in the German community and teaching my children their rich history.  I also enjoy card and strategy board games in my spare time.
