Events this Summer
Women in the Word (Sept.-May)
Do you desire to dive deep into the study of God’s Word with other, like-minded women? Then, join us for Women in the Word, which is held on Tuesday mornings and Thursday evenings. Through both large group sessions and small group breakouts, you will be challenged to grow in your faith while building Christ-centered community and friendships.
This winter we will dive into a 10 week verse-by-verse study of Exodus 1–18, Jen Wilkin shows us that Israel’s story is our story: the same God who delivered Israel also delivers all those He loves from slavery to sin and from service to the pharaohs of this world. He lifts our eyes to the promised land He has prepared where we dwell with I AM and worship Him as the one true God. “Blessed be the Lord, who has delivered you.” —Exodus 18:10 With that introduction, we enter into the story of the Hebrew people in the Book of Exodus. No longer under the protection of their forefather Joseph, the children of Israel became slaves to the Egyptians. But God was raising up a deliverer in Moses, to lead His people from bondage to freedom so they could worship Him. The exodus of the Israelites shapes our understanding of the whole Bible, its themes reverberating all the way to Revelation. Exodus is the birth narrative of a nation unmistakably guided by the Great Deliverer.

Mom to Mom (Sept.-May)
We are a mid-sized community of moms with kids of all ages which gathers year-round. We offer a safe place to share, receive support and encouragement, and grow under the instruction and mentor-ship of “further along” moms.
Mom to Mom’s mentoring ministry seeks to help build strong faith filled families with God centered Bible study. This year we will be studying Shepherding a Child’s Heart by Tedd Tripp, a parent’s handbook on child rearing. It’s a book on how to speak to your child’s heart. You will learn what your goals should be and how to pursue them.
At M2M We begin our meetings with video teachings and then break out into our groups where we have small group discussions and support to encourage the hearts of our moms.
Moms in Prayer (Sept.-May)
Moms In Prayer International impacts children in schools worldwide for Christ
by gathering mothers, grandmothers, or any women to pray.
Join us for one hour of praying scripturally and specifically for our children.
We meet during the school year on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month.
If you have any questions, contact Mindy Meyer email@example.com.
