Life Change
Jesus’ call to the church to be his hands and feet to a broken world has placed a burning desire in the heart of our church to be intentional about making a tangible difference in our community.
Cultivate Relationship
Our hope in this endeavor is to disciple the men, women, students, and children that God has placed in our church family to live justly in our neighborhoods and nearby communities.

We believe that God has a heart for justice and pays close attention to how we treat the broken people around us.

Service Opportunities
Children’s Ministry
The Children’s Ministry believes that when kids truly experience the gospel, their hearts are transformed. This ministry serves children from birth to 5th grade. Every child is met in his or her age appropriate learning environment to encourage engagement of God’s word and one another.
Photography Team
The heart of this ministry is to capture all the kingdom work that is taking place in each ministry.
Gathering Grounds Ministry
The heart of the Gathering Grounds ministry is hospitality. Through Gathering Grounds, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are served every Sunday. This ministry is enjoyed by everyone on a Sunday.
Student Ministry
We exist to lay a lifelong biblical foundation that is centered on Christ. We envision that teens would be genuine worshippers of God who love Jesus, his bride and their neighbor. We are committed to coming alongside parents since they are the main disciplers of their teens. This ministry serves 6th through 12th grade.
College & Career Ministry
This group is designed for 19-29 year olds to grow friendships with other young adults and to grow in their faith. Bible studies are held throughout the year along with other events to spend time with each other.
Worship Team Ministry
Worship Team Ministry occurs on Sundays during corporate worship.
Men’s Ministry
We believe that when men live authentic lives grounded in Jesus Christ, they experience true freedom and satisfaction in their work, relationships, and other pursuits. Our groups are designed to promote discussion, receive instruction, and take action for the kingdom of God.
Connections Ministry
We strive to foster an environment of excellence and hospitality that consistently reduces obstacles for people to connect to their next step. The Connections Team is made up of ushers and greeters, guest services and information services hosts, as well as those who help with special events and setting communion.
Care & Support Ministry
Our Care and Support Ministry is uniquely designed and positioned to assist those who call Alliance their home church. Through the volunteers and leaders in this ministry – people across the church receive help, prayer, mentors, meals, and the love of Jesus.
Women’s Ministry
The Women’s Ministry is committed to helping you thrive. We believe that happens best as you are able to connect with other women who are pursuing rich, deep, gospel-centered lives. Through a wide variety of ministry opportunities and events, our intergenerational community of women offers hope and help to every woman who attends.
MRT (Medical Response Team)
A team (CPR & AED certified) dedicated to ensure any medical emergencies are handled with efficiency and care on a Sunday morning.
Tech Team Ministry
The Tech Team Ministry fosters an environment and atmosphere that removes distractions and allows for our congregation to fully engage in worship. We use our tech to draw focus to Christ, to foster God-given emotions, and aid in directing the congregation toward worship.

We have narrowed our focus in our community engagement to allow us to go “a mile deep” with each organization we support, rather than a “mile wide” across the region.
