I was born in Venezuela to a missionary family where I was taught the Bible from an early age. I came to know the Lord as my personal Lord and Savior when I was 6. I heard the gospel presented at a Vacation Bible School and I was convicted of my sins and recognized that Jesus had died for MY sins. My family then moved to Spain where I continued growing up and growing in the Lord. God called me to worship ministry when I was in high school, and I’ve continued pursing that calling.
I went to Cedarville university where I majored in Worship and Music, but more importantly, that’s where I met my wife Jillissa. We got married shortly after college after I started working as a worship pastor at Lakota Hills Baptist Church in the Cincinnati area. I served there for 10 years and in that time, God blessed us with 3 kids, Chloe, Asher and Micah. I also completed my Masters of Divinity at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary while working there.
God called myself and family to Alliance Bible Church in 2026, and we’re excited to serve here and put down roots in Wisconsin where we can finally live in Packers country and live closer to some family. We love being outdoors going on hikes, bike rides and exploring God’s creation. I also love trying different cuisine and learning new things about technology, history, science etc.
